    We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, please email us at contact@dapperfeet.store within 2 hours of placing your order. Once fulfillment begins, orders cannot be cancelled before delivery.

    We currently ship to the United States (US), the United Kingdom (UK), Australia (AU), France (FR), and Germany (DE).

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders to all five supported destinations.

  • How long will delivery take?

    • Order Processing: 1–3 business days.

    • Transit Time: 6–10 business days.

  • How do I track my order?

    As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number. Tracking details usually take 24–48 hours to update online.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return window?

    We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • What conditions must returned items meet?

    Garments must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors or marks, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • How do I start a return?

    Send an email with your order number and the reason for return to contact@dapperfeet.store. Our support team will provide return instructions and the verified warehouse address.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
